Came here one night with some friends. The staff was very warm and inviting when we arrived. We were seated within a few minutes of arrival, but I'd recommend a reservation as the dining area can fill. It fills because a lot of families/larger parties (~4) roll through.
We ordered their house margaritas, which are pretty sneaky. Take it slow friends. They don't skimp. The guacamole was delish. Chips needed salt but were very fresh. Tortillas shells also come in a nifty pouch that will keep it nice and warm. As for food, you can't go wrong with any of their meat selections. Great for a dinner with friends to share. Meat selection seems to be more preferential. Personally l love their beef. I'd happily sacrifice some of the variety if the individual components stood out more, but as of now I don't really feel the need to go back. -

Even though I was already bracing myself to be disappointed, this place took it down a another level. Sombrero Mexican food restaurants from my experience are water down for profit restaurants and this one is no different. Despite a Jersey Mike's, Poke, Wings and Thai cuisine all within a minute walk across the parking lot I chose Sombreros. I ordered the Pollo Asado burrito and it arrived fairly quickly due to all the cooks and lunch rush but found a puny excuse of a burrito in my bag. The taste was average but the size was ridiculous. I'd expect the small size burrito from a non popular low sales type of Mexican food place but the volume this place see is a indicator of profit vs quality and satisfaction. There was was many people inside and the place still makes skimpy burritos at a premium price. This is a good location and business model for profit and greed but a clear disregard for costumer satisfaction.
One star for the free chips
Do yourself a favor and visit one of the other restaurants nearby. -

Ordered two bean tacos here the other day and it was nothing impressive, just about average. The restaurant seemed clean inside but it just wasn't a nice look in there. Ambience definitely leaves a lot to the imagination. The lady at the counter was very helpful though and accommodated my dietary restrictions easily and welcomingly

I got a California burrito and it was cold with a hard tortilla. I was moving that day, starving and in a hurry so I still ate and shared it with my toddler. It was disgusting and only ate half but shortly after I got the worst migraine for the whole day and now we both have food poisoning. Never eating here again.
